Alchemy Springs Partners LLC ("Alchemy Springs," "we," "us") operates the bathhouse at 939 Post Street, San Francisco, CA and the website www.alchemysprings.com. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because trust is built in the small things.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, birthday, booking details, waiver responses, payment information, and anything you share when you contact us.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and cookies or similar tools that help our site work and help us understand how it's used.
Information from partners: if you book through a third-party platform or partner program, we may receive your booking and contact details from them.

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, including our booking platform, business phone and messaging provider, marketing tools, payment processors, and customer support tools, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our guests and team.
Text messaging (SMS)
Alchemy Springs may send text messages in three ways, depending on what you've agreed to:
Booking messages: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and login codes related to your reservations and account.
Guest support messages: replies to questions you send us by text, and follow-ups about your visit.
Marketing messages: offers, events, and news from Alchemy Springs, sent only if you've separately opted in to marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of one type of message (for example, marketing) won't stop booking messages unless you ask us to. You can also reach us at [EMAIL] or [PHONE].
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as SMS delivery providers, solely to send you the messages you've agreed to receive.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We'll still send transactional messages about your bookings and account.
Cookies

Your California privacy rights
